Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 July 2026

The Land Lead (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides a lead-management platform for real-estate teams. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using The Land Lead you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information — your name, email address, phone number, agency name, role, and the credentials you use to sign in.
  • Lead data you enter — the contact details, notes, pipeline stage, and follow-up history for the leads your team manages.
  • Facebook & Instagram data — when you connect a Facebook Page, we receive a long-lived access token and the list of Pages you manage, and we use these to publish content and retrieve leads on your behalf. We only access the Pages and permissions you explicitly grant during the Facebook login dialog.
  • Usage & technical data — basic log data such as IP address, browser type, and the actions you take in the app, used to keep the service secure and reliable.

2. How we use your information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the lead-management service.
  • To capture leads from Facebook Lead Ads and publish content to your connected Pages.
  • To assign leads, send follow-up reminders, and power your team dashboard.
  • To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
  • To secure our systems, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Facebook & Instagram platform data

Our use of information received from the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) APIs adheres to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies, including the Limited Use requirements. Access tokens are stored securely and used only to provide the features you have enabled. You can disconnect your Facebook Page at any time from the Settings page, which revokes our stored token.

4. How we share information

Your data is visible only to members of your own organisation, according to their role. We share information with a limited set of service providers who help us run the platform:

  • Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
  • Meta Platforms — to publish content and receive leads from Pages you connect.
  • Our hosting provider — to serve the application.

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights and users.

5. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your data at any time — see our Data Deletion instructions. When you close your account or request deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to keep it for legal reasons.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures — encrypted connections, access controls, and row-level security so each organisation can only reach its own data — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to protect your data.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below or use our data deletion request form.

8. Children's privacy

The Land Lead is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
