Terms of Service

1. The Service

The Land Lead is a lead-management platform for real-estate teams. It lets you capture, assign, and follow up on leads, publish content to connected Facebook and Instagram Pages, and collaborate with your team.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old and authorised to act on behalf of your organisation.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, misleading, or abusive purpose.
• Upload or manage data you do not have the right to process, including personal data collected without proper consent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Violate the Meta Platform Terms or send spam or unsolicited messages through connected accounts.

4. Facebook & Instagram integration

When you connect a Facebook Page, you authorise us to access and act on the Pages and permissions you grant. You are responsible for complying with Meta's terms and policies when using these features. We may suspend the integration if required by Meta or to protect the Service. You can disconnect at any time from the Settings page.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of the lead data and content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely to operate and improve the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can request deletion of your data at any time via our Data Deletion instructions.

6. Fees

Some plans may require payment. Where fees apply, they will be described at sign-up. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Availability & changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and we may update these Terms as described in Section 11.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us or other users. On termination, the provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Land Lead will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
